QZ Double girder grab bucket overhead crane is used in workshop, warehouse, and yard for loading unloading and material handling works. It is mainly composed of a bridge girder, lifting trolley, crane traveling mechanism, grab bucket, electrical system, and so on.
Grab bridge crane is widely used in freight ports, river wharves, power plants, concrete mixing stations, and industrial and mining enterprises.

1. This crane is a heavy-duty working system with a working level of A5-A7.
2. The way to enter the driver’s cab is: the end entry, side entry, and top entry.
3. The rated lifting capacity includes the self-weight of the grab.
4. The opening direction of the grab bucket has two types: parallel and vertical main beams.
5. The fetching device is a four-rope grab bucket with double drums, which has a simple structure and reliable operation. The grapple can be opened and closed at any height.
6. The grab bucket is only suitable for bulk materials in a natural accumulation state. When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, it must be especially proposed when ordering.
7. The crane can be used indoors or outdoors, and a rain cover device is added when it is used outdoors.

Mechanism :

Electric System:
1. Power supply through step-less slide lines;
2. Lifting mechanisms and traveling mechanisms are mutually independent and could travel at the same time;
3. Control panel protection degree is IP54;
4. Reasonable components installation, convenient for check and maintenance;
5. Electric cable is suspended in cable saddle, stationary cable trolley which slides on a galvanized C-type steel;
Safety Protection Devices:
Overload limiter, limit switch (lifting and traveling), interlocking protection devices, buffer, track sweep plate, shield, bus bar protection board, anti-collision device, main disconnecting switch, emergency stop system, and motor overload protection.
