QTY/YZ  Double Girder Ladle crane is composed of a boxed bridge frame, hook, crane traveling mechanism, and electric system. The main hook employs a loading tool as the lifting device to hoist the steel ladle, the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to accomplish the pouring of molten steel and steel slag and another auxiliary hoisting. Use various speed systems with a speed ratio of 1:10 for main mechanisms such as hoisting, trolley traversing, and crane traveling. Also, we can choose the suitable speed under the customer’s requirement.

1. The main beam – insulation layer will be added to the bottom of the main beam to provide excellent resistance to heat and protect the crane bridge girder.
2. Hoist trolley – this unit uses a forged hook and steel core wire rope. The hoisting mechanism adopts double brakes to ensure a safe lifting operation. Other options for crane hooks include a rotary spreader, load weighing, and display.
3. Crane traveling mechanism – forged or rolled wheels are adopted.
4. Electrical device – the overhead crane adopts an H-class insulation motor and heat-resistant cables.
5. Cabin – add an insulation layer to the driver’s cabin.

Safety feature:
1. Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is possible

3. Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of the trolley and crane prevents accidental falling
4. Safety hook latch used for avoiding the lifted material out from the hook
