Description

A double Girder Overhead Crane with an Electromagnet is a specialized crane for lifting and moving steel products, steel plates, and steel pipes. This crane is constituted of a girder, traveling mechanisms, a lifting trolley, electric parts, and an electromagnet spreader. The electromagnetic suction force of this overhead crane can last 10 minutes after the power is off. And the shape of the electromagnet spreader could be customized based on the shape of the materials to be lifted. The crane is designed for heavy-duty service that can lift loads with large capacity, typically in a range of 5 tons to 50 tons.

When used, the rotary part of the hanger of the electromagnetic disk must be locked up with screws and no rotation is allowed. electric lifting magnet bridge crane mainly relies on the magnet, using the electromagnetic principles, then through electricity and magnetic plate to suck the goods firmly hanging to the designated place.
