The MHL L-shaped single-girder gantry crane is famous for its unique structure and L-shaped support legs. It is mainly composed of a gantry (main beam, outrigger, lower beam, etc.), a lifting mechanism, a running mechanism, and electric control part. The mechanism runs along the lower flange of the main beam I-beam during operation. The outriggers and the lower beam form an L shape, which has a large hoisting space and strong cross-span capability, which is convenient for transferring objects with a large hoisting space from the inside of the span to the cantilever, which is very suitable for handling long items. The L-type gantry crane is capable of lifting and moving heavy objects ranging from 5 tons to 50 tons and is widely used in open-air freight yards, railway terminals, factories, and warehouses. Features:
1. The gantry is of a box-shaped structure. The crab adopts a vertical reaction wheel when the lifting load is below 20t, and a horizontal reaction wheel when above 20t to run at the girder side.
2. The girder is of a single-girder bias track and the leg design is just like the letter “L” so that the lifting space is large, and the spanning ability is strong, beam it could make it easy to pass the big volume items.
